Basic Club Governance and Intro to Funding non-profit legal structures; comparisons, key considerations and the 'how to' process. Discussion on basic governance good practice that all clubs can adopt. Key outcome - volunteers have the knowledge and understanding to be able to set up and run their club as a constituted community group or non-profit incorporated company. introduction to the funding application process, including the key aspects of a typical application form. Key outcome - volunteers understand the basic ‘how to’ process of funding applications and can complete micro level bids on behalf of their club with increased confidence.
