This course requires evidence to be submitted and approved before it can be started.
The International course is aimed at Welsh Coaches or Coaches that currently hold FAW Qualifications that are coaching abroad.
Course Dates:
Contact 1: Monday 3 – Saturday 8 June 2019 (6 Days)
Contact 2 Monday 18 – Sunday 24 May 2020 (7 Days)
International Candidates will be expected to travel to Wales to complete the above mentioned Contacts. The remainder will be completed via further distance learning.
Course Pre-Requisites:
FAW/ UEFA B Licence Youth & FAW/ UEFA B Licence Senior
Or UEFA B Licence
At least one year’s active coaching experience as a UEFA B Licence holder
Coaching U16’s Upwards (Exceptions may be considered in certain circumstances)
Number of Places:
There will be a maximum of x24 places available across both the National and International Courses. All applicants will be informed whether successful or unsuccessful by Friday 15 March.
UEFA Cross Border Process:
Under the UEFA Coaching Convention Directives, any applicant originating from a National Association other than the Football Association of Wales must complete a UEFA Cross border form before being approved for a Football Association of Wales course. Successful candidates will be provided with the necessary form and information. Please note we are only authorised to accept 10% of Coaches from an alternative association.
