Cardiff City F.C. Academy will deliver a 3 hour workshop around "The Importance of Sports Science & Nutrition with Young Players"

The workshop will give candidates an insight on how Cardiff City Academy implement daily methods of Sports Science into the academy players training sessions and how they support the players with nutritional information and guidance.

There will be a presentation by the Head of Sports Science and sessions delivered to academy players.
